Film series 1000, designed for screen printing, is a 2-mil film with a permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive. This long term durable film offers a wide color selection, including three with both a layflat liner and gray adhesive for excellent hiding power, and a transparent film with a layflat liner. These films are an excellent choice for original equipment manufacturer’s graphic applications.

Use this 2 mil, opaque vinyl film for screen printed striping, emblems or labels used in sport or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) graphics. Applications include lawn and garden equipment, recreational products, farm equipment, construction equipment and appliances. This is a permanent film with long term durability, able to withstand severe weather conditions.

This film comes in a wide variety of colors with a white kraft paper liner, with the exception of the black, white, transparent and satin aluminum colors which have a polyethylene-coated, layflat paper liner. The black, white and satin aluminum films have gray adhesive for excellent hiding power. All other colors, including transparent, have a clear adhesive. The pressure-sensitive adhesive allows quick adhesion to a substrate. This film applies well to flat or moderate compound curves, with and without rivets. Appropriate substrates include glass, metal, paint (enamel) and rigid plastic.
