We’re Back for Trailer Safety Week 2025!

At American Sign Products, road safety is something we focus on year-round. That’s why we’re excited to once again support Trailer Safety Week, a nationwide effort led by the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM).

Last year, we were proud to be recognized as a Trailer Safety Week Champion, and this year, we’re continuing that momentum by raising awareness and sharing the tools that help make the road a safer place for everyone.

What is Trailer Safety Week?

Every year, Trailer Safety Week brings together manufacturers, dealers, and industry partners to educate the public about safe trailer practices. It’s all about making sure trailers are maintained properly, operated safely, and visible on the road — because when trailers are safer, everyone on the road benefits.

NATM created this campaign to give trailer owners and builders the resources they need — from safety checklists to expert advice — all designed to prevent accidents before they happen.

Who’s Behind It?

The National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) is the leading voice for trailer manufacturers and suppliers across the U.S. They focus on promoting safety, compliance, and quality through training, resources, and industry events like Trailer Safety Week.

We’re proud to support NATM’s mission — and we’ll be joining them in person later this year September 15-17, 2025 at the 2025 NATM Trailer Expo, at the Oklahoma City Convention Center Booth #1145 in Oklahoma City, OK where we’ll be showcasing our latest products and connecting with industry leaders.

Why This Matters to Us

Trailer safety is a big part of what we do. Our products help trailers meet visibility requirements, stand out on the road, and communicate important messages clearly.

Here are two big ways we support safer trailers:

Reflective Tape

Our DOT-compliant conspicuity tape helps trailers stay visible at night and in various weather conditions. It’s tough, road-tested, and trusted by manufacturers across the country.

Specialty Vinyl

Reflective and opaque durable vinyl helps trailers communicate critical info and meet labeling requirements, all while holding up to the elements.

How You Can Join In

If you work with trailers, there’s a lot you can do during Trailer Safety Week:

Share the Message – Tell your customers or team about TSW and why it matters
Check Your Equipment – Use NATM’s checklists to inspect lights, tires, brakes, and visibility
Make Small Upgrades – Adding reflective tape or extra reflectivity can make a big impact
Help Spread Awareness – Share safety tips or highlight your own efforts using #TrailerSafetyWeek

Let’s Make Safety the Standard

We’re proud to continue supporting Trailer Safety Week in 2025 and to stand alongside NATM in promoting safer trailers across the country. Whether you’re a manufacturer, dealer, or someone who hauls trailers every day, we’re here to help you stay seen, stay compliant, and stay safe.

And if you’re heading to the NATM Trailer Expo later this year, come see us at Booth #1145! We’ll be there, ready to share solutions that help keep your trailers road-ready and compliant.
